System
Our system is comprised of various parts:
- Heating cables or mats
- Control dependent on the weather with a sensor (sensors) in the road surface
- Control panel
- Installation strips (optional)
- Welded cabinets (optional)
- Installation (optional). MechaHeat has its own team of fitters who will help you perform the complete installation of our system.
Heating cables are installed directly under the road surface and they are controlled using a controller via the control panel. Owing to special, smart cartridges, only a few supply nodes are necessary. The sensor in the road surface continuously measures the prevailing road surface condition such as temperature, moisture, snowfalls, hail or black ice. For your safety and comfort, we have equipped our system with a special automatic control circuit with thermal and magnetic protection. On request, the system can be equipped with a switch for ground connection, stand-by, failure warning, and remote alarm.
