Design

Socket batteries are heating elements that the user can install, using a flanged coupling, to manufacturing equipment. The element is directly in the fluid, such as water, liquid, oil or gases, so direct heating occurs. Depending on the field of application and specific requirements, the battery is made of steel, stainless steel or other types of metal available on the market. The design of inputs can be entirely adjusted to the user’s requirements. Power up to 500 kW, voltage up to 690 V, flange diameter 500 DN (20"), pressures up to approx. 100 bars. Socket batteries are designed for general use in industry.
