General

Infrared heaters are made up of housings with a reflector and a heating element made of silica glass or stainless steel. Silica glass heating elements have a very short warming time. These heaters are used in places where direct heat is needed: for example on terraces, in shops, sport rooms, churches, at workplaces, etc.
 

Construction

Infrared heaters are comprised of a stainless steel housings with a reflector made of polished, anodised aluminium. The angle of radiation is infinitely adjustable in the range from 15° to 60°. Infrared heaters are available with heating elements made of either silica glass (IRK type) or stainless steel (IRR type).  Protection class IP24. The IRR 1500 type is classified even in protection class IP54 (protection against splashing). This type is provided with a 2m silica connecting cable and may be mounted on either the wall or ceiling.
